Camarilla of Istanbul
This group is a disparate faction, representing survivors or rumored survivors of the Assamite night of the long knives, Methuselahs rumored to operate in the region, and a handful of opportunists of the approved clans. Most have fled, or are in hiding if they survive at all, and wait for the factions to weaken one another enough that some room can be found between them.
