(1899-1900s): Founded by writer Edmund Bogg, artists Owen Bowen and Mark Senior, and architect Percy Robinson, this club was a gathering spot for artists, writers, and painters based on a London model.Early Gatherings: Initial meetings in early 1899 and into the 1900s took place at artist studios, including Owen Bowen’s studio on Cookridge Street.
