Melpominee: Banshee's Keen
The Daughter can use her voice in a keen, using it to do bashing damage to listeners.
System: Player rolls Charisma + Performance (difficulty 7). Each success deals bashing damage in a fifth of the Kindred’s audience (more than five successes have no additional effect). The Storyteller decides precisely which members of the audience are affected. Supernaturals can resist if they have protections (i.e. Fortitude for vampires).
