Pedro Depacas

Sobriquet:
Appearance: Perdo has medium length curly brown hair, sad brown eyes and a face who seem lived much outrages (or he was a sailor and his skin was weathered by the sea air). He is normal in appearance, even if he is witty and charming.
He usually wears common, practical clothes. Jeans, T-shirts, jackets, etc.. Everything in him appears to be common. Too common and to plain to be really interesting for long. Even his portuguese accent is boring...
Behavior: He has a portuguese accent that easily becomes boring as he seem to have forgotten this language since long. His french is perfect, but easily changes with the places he lives on: He easily takes the local accent, and lately, he lived in the eastern subburbs, thus acquiring the Langage des Cités cant (similar to rap/gangsta cant).
But he can be quite charming, as he forgot most prejudices from his past existence, and as he naturally hold everyone as equal. He is always welcome among the Anarchs because of his openeness
History: Pedro is a very sad Kindred, for he lost the possibility to memorize: He forgets everything, given enough time, and it is believed he remembers few things beyond the last 10 years. The selection seems to depend on the last time Pedro was confronted to the object he tries to remember: For example, he remembers Villon is Prince of Paris, and even remembers being presented to him (but not the exact year!). But as he didn't saw his Sire since long, he can't remember it (and he can't remember his embrace as well!). As he learnt to drive, and still drives tonight, he didn't forget it, but if he had learnt, say, calligraphy, he wouldn't be able to draw graphs tonight as he didn't pratice since years (Ivan makes sure Perdo remembers him, as well as the Traditions.
Since, some memories sometimes shows up (not always for his good!), and he seems, among the other Malkavians, to be quite attuned to the local Malkavian Madness Network. Thus, he can be quite enlightened, if he remembers the question... (joke, of course!)
