Sobriquet: Mayor Laars
Appearance: The Mayor is a man of medium height, with greying hair and mutton chop side burns, and a long curly pointed mustache. He is very rotund. He wears clothes of tan and black. Around his neck is the Pendant of Governance.
Behavior: The Mayor is a pleasant man. He bluffs and acts very brave, but is really and inveterate coward. Anything remotely controversial will be referred to Prince Othmar.
