INTRODUCTION
This Dominion governs snowfalls and blizzards, the season of winter, and all nature of frozen climes. In addition to elemental cold and ice, it holds power over things symbolically associated with cold, such as inaction or cold-heart-edness, or with the season of winter, like the death of plants or hibernation.
INNATE POWERS
Frost Immunity -- The cold of winter has no effect on the Avatar. She never suffers damage from exposure to ice, frost, chilling wind, freezing water — or other Boons of this Dominion. While the Avatar’s possessions still suffer the effects of cold, the Avatar herself need not fear the most extreme cold in the World (or even beyond). This immunity extends to whatever possessions the Avatar is using or carrying. The Avatar also never slips or loses her balance on bare ice. If someone pours another slippery substance (such as oil) on top of it, however, the Avatar could still slip on that. Note that if the Avatar does not possess Frost Immunity, she could well injure or kill herself by using other Powers in this Dominion!
