Sobriquet: Mr. Nectar
Appearance: A tall, dark haired man with a good hair cut and close shave.
Behavior: Nectar is pleasant and friendly. He smiles often, sometimes even when normal people wouldn't.
History: Mr. Nectar arrived in London in 1899. He was well financed and has purchased several pieces of property. He keeps staff and body guards. No one knows much about him.
