Background: Penny lives in a chantry in San Francisco with the others in her cabal and assists in maintaining it. She dresses most often in black Victorian gowns that button up to her neck and hang down to her toes. She also stole feline familiar from Jodi Blake, renamed the creature Mister Mistoffelees and weaned it off of its diet of human remains.

Note: Not to be confused with the television series of the same name, Penny is a signatory character of the game of Mage.
