Blood plague: This is a contagion genetically created by the Sabbat, for use in softening up cities prior to the Sword of Cain hitting the city. After initial exposure, 95% of all those exposed will develop symptoms from the disease, Kindred and Kine alike. 3% become carriers with no sypmtoms, but virulent the rest of their lives unless cleansed or given the Neutralizing serum. 2% are totally immune.
