This is not a derangement but rather a physical condition that manifests in users of Obtenebration. The character's eyes become pools of utter darkness, shadows move of their own accord in her presence, and from time to time, spontaneous Obtenebration effects may manifest. A player can suppress this effect by spending a point of Willpower.
