The Thiéré passage is located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris . It begins at 23, rue de Charonne and ends at 46, rue de la Roquette .
Origin of the name
It is named after Mr. Thiéré who owned the land when the passage was created [ 1 ] .
Historical
Created in 1839 under the name of “passage” and “cour Sainte-Marie-Saint-Antoine” and opened to the public in 1852, this road was for a long time inhabited only by boilermakers and scrap metal merchants.
It takes its current name by decree ofFebruary 1 , 1877.
Versancia keeps a house that opens off here. She employs several metal workers here for items she wants, knives, carving tools, etc.
