The story thus far: Quon was born in the 1980's in Hong Kong, and spent his earliest years there. His parents however were not exactly keen about the upcoming British handover to the Chinese, and left a few years before the official Chinese takeover. By this time Quon had already made his mark in the local video game scene and was working out of an electronics chop-shop under the table. After they made it to San Francisco, Quon went from being bullied by his classmates for being half-Asian, to being bullied by his classmates for being half-asian. The only benefit to this was that he was able to focus almost entirely on his computer studies and hurry through to get a masters in computer science faster then anyone had a right to. His plan was to invent a few apps, sell to the highest bidder, and retire to Chinatown.

Not so much. His grandsire needed a sysadmin, and his sire in an attempt to curry favor found Quon and promptly seducembraced the blue eyed Chinese nerd. This caused problems, as Quon was only supposed to be ghouled, and he was more or less kept in the server room. On the up side, when Inquisition 2.0 happened, Quon was able to electronically mask his grandsire and sires' exit, for which which he was rewarded with freedom, so to speak. He survived mainly because he was anonymous, and when he was found to exist, there were bigger problems.

Currently he's reverted to old habits, running an electronics chop-shop near Chinatown turning stolen goods into a legitimate piece of hardware and keeping the legitimate business out front (a nail salon run by his herd) in good working order.
